today is a long day for me, start work at 9am.
Haiz.. I dunno how long I can stand Eric,
always give me those stupid task to do.
ask me to search for anantara resort official website in maldives.
Then he told me that he want the rates of the hotel, transfer and breakfast for Jul and Aug
quite confusing, I thought he want me to ask the rates from the agent.
BUT he want the rates from the website,
we all know that we have to know that we have to click the check in and check out date then the rates will appear. so I told him that I m not going to click from 1st Jul to 30 Aug.
my blood was boiling, although I know my attitude not very gd but I trying my best to be patient but dont know me, pearlene and JAzlyn just crash with him.

Heard from Jean that Eric complain to Katrina that Pearlene and Jazlyn dont respect him.
sometime the things he did, we dont know how to respect him.
Although is none of my business but I feel that I should let the 2 of them know.
Am I KPO?

Finish work at 1pm, have lunch with Jean, Pearlene and Jazlyn.
Headed to Town, bought a cardigan at Zara.
hmm... I was like shopping with my sis and laughing the whole afternoon.

ME and Pearlene went to DFS, bought a Chanel pencil eyeliner
10% disc cause we use our staff pass.

after that rush down to suntec to meet Jean at 7pm.
we had our dinner then shop till 10 plus.

Seriously I dont know how to respect ERIC.
How to repect your AM (assistant Manager)
when he dont know anything. Keep on create trouble for us.
ET (Eileen Tan, Ticketing Manager) pass a booking to me, HKG Free and Easy.
when I was on the phone with the customer, although I am not sure the actual location for Novetel in Nathan Rd but He shouting behind me that the hotel is at Tsimshatsui

so today when my client came down to make payment and collect the e-ticket and service voucher and found out that the hotel is not at that area, is at Jordon.
So I go ask him what to do cause she was making a big fuss.
guess what he told me. he told me that just nxt station only, can walk over
but the thing is he told them at Tsimshatsui.

I told him he is the one who tell her the location.
so he started to panic. then say ask ET to settle cause is ET's fren.

but the thing is.. he is the one who create the trouble how can ask ET to settle...
then put the blame on me say I never ask them the actual location that they want.

2nd week in Hong Thai, quite different from the company than i worked previously.
every morning have to clock in using our thumb print but
i guess something wrong with my thumbprint, everytime error
and i have to clock in alot of times.
if 1 month late more than 15mins, will have penatly.
The colleagues there are quite friendly and outgoing.
corporate counter there is 4 persons include me.
I can click very well with pearlene and jazlyn
but not with joyce coz she haf attitude problem.

at first pearlene aso jealous that after I start working,
Jean always come and talk to me instead of talking to her but i guess now its ok le

everything is going well, except I cant communicate with Eric.
I guess is generation gap, whenever I ask him A he reply me B.
he is a old man, 60+yrs old.

coz sometime I have to check their work before submiting to him.
and only my pc have internet. if they want to use need to seek for my permission.
actually i dont really like that. why cant everyone have internet?
I dont like them to have a feeling that I m special bcoz I have experience.
they would still listen to what i have say but I noe they still bu shuang.
saying that it is unfair.

yesterday they just implement no late penalty,
every month only work 1 saturday even for staffs under probation.
coz normally staffs under probation will have to work every saturday.

hahaha... i m so lucky.
